Scripture and the Church

In the first century or the twenty-first, true believers are a remnant - a minority within a minority.
Today a majority vote often decides that a church will tolerate heresy alongside orthodoxy. But Christ builds His true Church on truth, not majority opinion.
True believers who still remain in the PCA have their battle orders. The question is, will they obey the Captain of their salvation, or continue their dereliction of duty?
We can be deceived if we only look at what a man says he opposes. We must also look carefully at what he actually believes.
Evangelicals who insist that C. S. Lewis was an orthodox Christian are seriously mistaken, and do a great disservice to Christ's church and the Gospel.
In new developments, the leadership of the PCA continues to demonstrate that it will not defend the Gospel against heresy.
The end goal is Christ-likeness: "patience and longsuffering with joy."
Why are many men abandoning "feminine" Christianity for "masculine" Islam? It is because the organized church is offering a feminized counterfeit in place of the masculine Christianity of Scripture.
Don't let anyone take you back into the old ways, seeking after the old power. Seek the new power that is yours in Christ.
To postmodern Evangelicals, the power of God appears weak and foolish, just as it did to the church at Corinth.
